Stripe's current UK rates are on stripe.com/gb/pricing. You don't need Stripe to start: a customer can accept with nothing connected, and you connect it when you want the buttons.
Questions about the price.
What counts as a shop?One business, one set of prices, one Stripe account. Everyone who works there is on the same subscription, and a person belongs to one shop. If you run two shops with their own books, that's two.
Do I need a card to start the trial?No. Sign up, send quotes for 30 days, and add a card only if you want to carry on. If you don't, nothing is charged.
Is there a bigger plan?No. Auto-configured pricing, the quote form, drafting, deposits, chasing, the Sage sync, the job board and the day board are all in the one fee. Nothing is gated.
What happens when the trial ends?Nothing is charged and nothing disappears. We email you a week before and again the day before. After it, sending and creating stop until you subscribe, while everything you have already made stays readable — and every quote link your customers are holding keeps working.
What happens if I cancel?The same: every quote, job, invoice and email stays readable, exactly as it went out, and your customers' links keep working. You just can't send new ones.
Is drafting limited?There's a fair-use allowance of 300 AI drafts a month, which a busy shop won't reach — the editor shows the count as you go and warns you well before the end. It resets on your billing day, and quoting by hand or with auto-configured pricing is never limited.
