Our refund terms for Thintent subscription plans

Thintent is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides print shop businesses with tools to manage their online storefronts, orders, and operations. This Refund Policy covers refunds for Thintent subscription plans only.
Important: Refunds for physical products purchased through a business's storefront are the responsibility of that business, not Thintent. If you purchased a product from a print shop hosted on Thintent and need a refund, please contact the business directly. Each business has their own refund policy available on their storefront.
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. When you cancel a monthly plan, you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused days within a billing cycle.
In exceptional circumstances (e.g., being charged after cancellation, extended service outages), refunds may be issued at our discretion.
The free tier has no associated charges and therefore no refund applies.
If you experience a significant service disruption that prevents you from using core platform features for an extended period, you may be eligible for a service credit. To request a service credit:
Service credits are provided at our discretion and are not guaranteed. Planned maintenance and scheduled downtime do not qualify for service credits.
If you believe you have been charged in error (e.g., duplicate charges, charges after cancellation, or incorrect plan pricing), please contact us immediately. We will investigate and, if the error is confirmed, issue a full refund for the incorrect charge within 10 business days.
When changing or downgrading your subscription plan:

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days and process approved refunds within 10 business days.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If you are a consumer, you may have additional rights that cannot be excluded or limited by this policy. If there is any conflict between this policy and your statutory rights, your statutory rights will prevail.
This refund policy applies to Thintent platform subscriptions only. For product refunds, please contact the business you purchased from directly. This document is a working draft and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before being treated as a binding legal document.
