Customers

  • Customers and their contactsA customer is who you bill. A contact is a person there. The address, the accounts email and the customer number belong to the customer, and everyone at it shares them.
  • Send a quote to one particular contactName the person on the quote and it goes to their address. Copy anyone else in on that quote alone.
  • Put a quote form on your websiteTurn on your quote request page and link to it, or send your existing contact form’s submissions straight in. Either way each request arrives as a draft quote.
  • Answer a quote requestA request is already a draft quote. Check the lines, price them, and send.
