Quotes

  • Draft a quote from an email or a sentencePaste what the customer sent, or type the job the way you’d say it, and the lines are laid out against your own stocks and presses. It never invents a price.
  • Offer more than one quantity on a quoteGive the customer a few quantities to choose from, say 500, 1,000 and 2,500 flyers. They pick one when they accept, and that’s the one that goes on the order.
  • Auto-configure or custom input: which to useEvery line is one or the other. Let thintent auto-configure the price from the press, the stock and the finishing, or type a price you already know.
  • Change a quote after you’ve sent itA sent quote is frozen, so what the customer accepted is exactly what you sent. To change it, revise it: a fresh draft, and the old one marked superseded.
  • What your customer sees when they acceptThe link in the email is the quote. No account, no portal: they read it, pick their options, and accept.
  • Send your first quoteType the job the way the customer said it, check the price, send.
